It was the refreshing season of the year in May. It's the perfect season to walk around.

Now, we have received some information from JR Tokyo Station!

9Lots of highlights! This is an announcement of "hiking from the station" held at Tokyo Station.

From May 17 (Wed) to 21 (Sun), the first "hiking from the station" will be held at Tokyo Station for the first time in one year.

The title is "Enjoy the cityscape of modern Tokyo and the atmosphere of Edo." It is a course that takes you to Ryogoku Station via Nihonbashi and Kiyosumi-Shirakawa while enjoying the fresh greenery and waterside.

The course starts at Marunouchi Station building of Tokyo Station, which celebrated the 10th anniversary of preservation and restoration last year.

When you pass through the elevation to the east, you will find many historical and modern buildings in the gorgeous Nihonbashi area.

It seems to be fun to look for your favorite shops at a long-established gourmet spot on the way and eat and walk around!

Next, cross the graceful Kiyosu Bridge over the Sumida River to the Kiyosumi-Shirakawa area, where Kiyosumi Garden is famous.

Why don't you think about the life of the Edo period at the Fukagawa Edo Museum in Koto Ward?

Finally, enter Sumida-ku from the Sumida River Terrace and finish at Ryogoku Station.

It is said that the station staff planned 100%. It's a "hiking from the station" full of highlights.

It is an attractive course that starts from Chiyoda-ku and walks from Koto-ku, Sumida-ku and Tokyo Station through our Chuo-ku (Nihonbashi, Kabuto-cho, Suitengu, Kiyosu Bridge).

Why don't you go hiking in a big city where you can feel the tradition and new charm by visiting the area that leaves the Edo atmosphere from the city center while being blown by the pleasant breeze?4
