IMAGE LENDING FORM Image Lending Regulations and Application Form

The image data of the tourist photo gallery is permitted to be used for sightseeing PR in Chuo-ku. We will not permit any use that is deemed inappropriate by the Association or for the purpose of use that violates “4. Prohibited Items”.

(1) Please apply from the application form in accordance with the "Image Lending Regulations" below.

(2) The contents of the application will be reviewed by the Association. It takes about 3 business days for approval.

(3) We will lend image data to those who are authorized by the following method.
　Image data will be sent via e-mail or online free file transmission service.
　If you wish to make a copy to a USB or CD-ROM, it will be handled at the tourist association window.

(4) The fee for use is free.

(5) You can borrow up to 5 images at a time.

(6) Please send one copy of the completed publications to the Association.

Based on the image data of the tourist photo gallery, the following acts are prohibited. In the event of a violation of any of these provisions or in the case of use different from the purpose of paragraph 1, the Association may suspend its use and request collection and destruction at the user's expense.

(1) Acts that cause fraud, misleading, defamation, or offensive public order and morals by using image data from the tourist photo gallery

(2) Use for materials that depend on the product characteristics of the photographic materials themselves (digital data collections, postcards, calendars, etc.)

(3) Lease and sell materials in a form that other than users can rent or otherwise use secondary materials

(4) Distribution, reproduction, etc. to third parties

(5) A direct link to a photo of the tourist photo gallery

(6) Image processing (trimming, color adjustment, etc.)

Any act that violates copyright is strictly prohibited. However, the association does not have portrait rights, trademark rights, copyrights, or patent rights for persons, goods, buildings, places, etc. shown in the photo. The Association shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of photographs or any disputes arising out of these rights with third parties.

The loan under this rule permits one use of the publications listed in the "Purpose of Use" column, and a new application is required when reprinting and changing the design etc. for the same purpose. 

If you fail to comply with these regulations, you may not be able to borrow them in the future.
