IMAGE LENDING FORM Image Lending Regulations / Application Form

The image data of the sightseeing photo gallery is permitted to be used for sightseeing PR in Chuo-ku. We do not permit any use that is deemed inappropriate by the Association or for the purpose of use that violates “4. Prohibitions”.

(1) Please apply from the application form in accordance with the "Image Lending Rules" below.

(2) The application details will be reviewed by the Association. It takes about 3 business days for approval.

(3) We will lend image data to authorized persons in the following way.
　Image data will be sent via "Email" or "Online Free File Transfer Service".
　If you wish to copy to a USB or CD-ROM, it will be handled at the tourist association window.

(4) The fee is free of charge.

(5) You can borrow up to 5 images at a time.

(6) Please send one copy of the completed publications to the Association.

Performing the following actions based on the image data of the tourist photo gallery is prohibited. In the event that any of these provisions is violated or the use is different from the purpose set forth in paragraph 1, the Association may suspend its use and request collection and destruction at the user's expense.

(1) Acts that cause fraud, misleading, defamation, or acts that violate public order and morals by using image data from the tourist photo gallery

(2) Use of photographic materials (digital data collection, postcards, calendars, etc.)

(3) The act of leaking or selling materials in a form that allows non-users to rent or otherwise use materials for secondary use.

(4) Acts such as distribution and duplication to third parties

(5) Attach a link directly to the photo of the tourist photo gallery

(6) Processing of images (trimming, color adjustment, etc.)

Any act that violates copyright is strictly prohibited. However, the Association does not have portrait rights, trademark rights, copyrights, or patent rights for persons, goods, buildings, places, etc. in the photo. The Association shall not be liable for any dispute or any dispute arising out of the use of photographs with a third party.

Lending under this provision permits the use of the publications listed in the "Purpose of Use" column once, and a new application is required when re-printing or changing the design for the same purpose. 

If you do not comply with these rules, you may not be able to borrow them in the future.
