Video rental rules
Video data is permitted only for use for sightseeing PR in Chuo-ku.
1. Purpose of Use of Image Data
Video data is permitted to be used for sightseeing PR in Chuo-ku. We do not permit any use that is deemed inappropriate by the Association or for the purpose of use that violates “4. Prohibitions”.

2. About use
(1) Please apply from the application form in accordance with the "Video Rental Rules" below.

(2) The application details will be reviewed by the Association. It takes about 3 business days for approval.
(3) We will lend the video to the authorized person in the following way. Video data will be sent via "Online Free File Transmission Service".
When copying to USB or CD-ROM, it will be handled at the tourist association window.
(4) The fee is free of charge.
(5) You can borrow up to 3 points at a time.
3. Credit notation
When using the service, please specify the name of the association's credit.

4. Prohibitions
Based on the video data of "Chuo-ku seen in photos and videos", the following actions are prohibited. In the event that any of these provisions is violated or the use is different from the purpose set forth in paragraph 1, the Association may suspend its use and request collection and destruction at the user's expense.
(1) Acts that cause fraud or misleading, defamation, or acts that violate public order and morals by using video
(2) Use for products that depend on the productability of the video itself (for example, charging for browsing digital data collection, web, etc.)
(3) The act of leaking or selling video in a form that allows anyone other than the user to rent or otherwise use it for secondary use.
(4) Acts such as distribution and duplication to third parties
(5) A link directly to the video
(6) Processing and editing of video (exception must be approved in advance when processing or editing video).
5. Copyright
All copyrights of the video used belong to the Association.
Any act that violates copyright is strictly prohibited.
However, the Association does not have portrait rights, trademark rights, copyrights, or patent rights for persons, goods, buildings, places, etc. in the video.
The Association shall not be liable for any dispute or any dispute arising out of the use of video with a third party.
6. Notes
Lending of videos according to these rules permits the use of once (up to one year) for the contents described in the "purpose of use" column, and even if the same video is used again or extended, it is necessary to apply again. It becomes.
7. Compliance with Regulations
If you do not comply with these rules, you may not be able to borrow them in the future.
