In 1885, the first Shigeru Okuda was founded in a stall in Nihonbashi.

Since then, it is a tempura specialty store that has been fried with 100% sesame oil.

Summer "abalone", "green bamboo", and autumn "chestnut astringent skin fried" have a reputation. It is a restaurant that uses special ingredients in Tokyo.
