In 2001, "Sushizanmai Main Store" was opened outside Tsukiji Market as Japan's first 24/7 sushi restaurant.
Tsukiji, fresh and delicious ingredients sent directly from the production area, their quality exceeding the price, and a warm and lively atmosphere became popular, and became a hot topic as a shop with constant queues.
Since then, we have continued to open new stores in Annex, Honjin, and Inner sanctuary, and currently have 10 stores in the Tsukiji area.
From rolling sushi to large-scale stores (Inner sanctuary), which can accommodate more than 200 groups, we offer a variety of styles to suit needs.
