At the time of its founding, it was described as "Kamaboko, a moon with a taste that has never changed since before, as a specialty and the world."
We have been doing business based on the belief that we always examine materials and make conscientious products.
Both "Hanpen" and "Kamaboko" are well received, and we are honored to offer "Gamaboko" as long as the throne of Emperor Meiji, Emperor Taisho and Emperor Showa.

Our shop's most popular "Take-Happo" is a traditional mountain-shaped gem that uses raw reed sharks and blue sharks caught in Kesennuma, and is carved by hand one by one.
It can be more delicious if you add raw wasabi soy sauce or roast it until the surface becomes foxy and add ginger soy sauce.
It goes well with soup and oden. Please enjoy it once.
