Our most popular "Take-in Hanpe" is a traditional mountain-shaped gem that uses raw reed sharks and blue sharks caught in Kesennuma and is manually molded one by one.
If you add raw wasabi soy sauce or roast it until the surface becomes fox-colored and add ginger soy sauce, you can enjoy it more delicious.
