Founded in 1924. "Ginza Yoshizawa" is a wholesaler of the Tokyo Meat Market, where the finest Japanese beef from all over the country gathers, and has been patronized for many years as a long-established butcher shop and sukiyaki kappo.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of our founding in 2024, we moved to the place where Ginza was founded.
The first floor is a "butcher shop" featuring a refrigerated showcase for ripening.
On the second floor, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, yakiniku, steak, seiro steamed course dish "meat restaurant".
The 3rd floor is "Meat Kappo cuisine" course dish of carefully selected seasonal ingredients and eye-catching Japanese beef.
