Located on Ginza 3-chome Gastro Light Street, it is loved by everyone, from businessmen to young couples and families.
The founder, Shinnosuke Okada, served as the chef at Hotei, a purveyor of the Imperial Household Ministry and the Prime Minister's Office, and served dishes from the Konoe Cabinet to the Yoshida Cabinet.
After the war, "Switzerland" was founded in Ginza 7-chome to have Western cuisine widely eaten, and it has been to this day.
