We have produced many first products for a long time since our founding.
We are particular about the old-fashioned method, and we still make it carefully with one craftsman.

    In the early Meiji era, a single-skin dorayaki made from the shape of a gong.

  • Mt. Mikasa

    famous confectionery, who thinks about Mt. Wakakusa in Nara and boasts a green bean paste.

  • North and South America Manju

    When Perry arrived, sweets baked in a bread kettle based on the story of Western baked sweets.

  • Buddha Ransai Manju

    In 1951, the shopkeeper made use of Western confectionery techniques learned during the Taisho era.
