In Chuo-ku, there used to be a famous store "Ginpari" in Ginza 7-chome, which inherits the tradition of Chanson. In Tsukuda, there is also "Paris Square" (in Ishikawajima Park), which is a region with a deep cultural connection with France.
Based on this background, this event is being held as an initiative to disseminate music and art culture from Chuo-ku, the center of Tokyo.
