Founded in 1917, Shigemori Eishindo is a long-established store that has been over 100 years.

The specialty doll ware uses red beans from Hokkaido to wrap the bean paste cooked by craftsmen every morning with high-quality seeds such as sugar, eggs, and milk, and bake it on thin skin.
If you eat a doll ware that imitates Seven Lucky Gods's face, it's just a fortune.
Doll-yaki, which can be enjoyed by children and any generation, is recommended for snacks and gifts.
