Golden sweet potato

Our shop's devised "Golden Potato" was devised and released around the early Meiji 30s.
It was shaped into baked sweet potatoes, wrapped with high-quality yellow bean paste at that time with flour, sprinkled with nikki and baked at high temperatures.
In an era where the contents are soft and there are no refrigerators or wrappings (vacuum packs), we devised a confectionery with a good shelf life (10 days).
